Referral Program

Make Money by referring Business or Individuals you know!

Please use the form below to refer business to us. If a lead you give to us turns into billable business within 1 month of receipt of your referral, you will receive 10% of the net billings for a period of six months after receipt of the referral. If you have work performed for you by Probiz, and you have an outstanding balance, the 10% commission will be applied as credit to your account. However, if there is no outstanding balance, you will receive a quarterly check for the commissions due to you after we have been paid by the referred customer.

We value the assistance you are giving our business from your referrals. We understand that takes time out of your day and want to be fair by compensating your efforts! This is also a great way to make extra income, or help pay for some, or even all of services you would like yourself!

Guidelines and Rules

1. You must have an actual conversation with the person or business you are referring, and be clear that Probiz Web Design will be contacting them as a result.

2. You must provide us with the Business or Individual Name you are referring, a contact phone number, and the time most convenient for them to call.

3. Commission is paid only on solid bookings and from the net amount of the billing to the referral.

4. At no time are you considered an employee of Probiz Web Design and are not authorized to represent the company in any way other than introducing our company to your referal, and showing them our website.

5. As you are receiving compensation from Probiz Web Design, you will be required to complete a 1099 tax form and will recieve a TAX FORM at the end of the year for filing your taxes. You are completely responsible for all taxes associated with your commissions.

6. This program is only offered for customers in the US. You must be at least 18 years of age or older, and be a legal resident of the US

7. While rare, In the event the referral would prefer we not not share with you the billing amounts, we will involve a third party to verify the commission amounts and maintain client confidentiality, and provide confidence in the accuracy of your commission.
